Run a 10K in under 38 minutes Personal: I am a 37 year old Male. I have been married now for over 15 years. I have three kids, all boys. My boys ages are 14, 11 and 7. | 10.65 miles in 1:19:26 a 7:26 average. Ran the base loop. At the three mile mark I was averaging a 7:52 average most of the next 7 miles were in the 7:00 to 7:10 range. Gave pretty good effort but no miles were in the marathon pace range. One was close at 6:58. |

| This was a split workout. I first biked for 15 minutes. In those 15 minutes I went 5.5 miles then I ran for 60 minutes and went 8.25 miles. |

11.45 miles in 1:34:39 a 8:16 average. This was a small yassor 800 workout. I wanted to do 8 repeats but after 6 I wasn't hitting my splits any more so I ended the workout. I ran up to the track about 3.5 miles at 8:20 average then did 6 repeats then ran back.

| 10 miles on the treadmill. I ran the first 9 miles at 8 miles an hour then increased the pace to 9, then 10 and 11 for the last mile. |

| Ran for 1:20:00 around a track that was 10 lap per mile. Every few minutes I would time 5 laps and they were always between 3:30 and 3:45 minutes. I am not sure which is mentally harder running on a small track or a treadmill. I might of run farther than 10 miles but there was no way I could keep track of 100 laps. |

| 80 minutes running around a 10 lap per mile track. The track is indoor so that is nice but the many turns is hard on you. |

| 12.6 miles in 1:47:07 a 8:30 average. Ran on base while my wife was in a zomba class. I ran to the golf course road the ran up it 4 times. The road is a mile long and a pretty good hill. |

This was a mixed workout. I started out by running 11:20 on a small track then spent 1:06:00 on an elliptical and treadmill. The ran another 10 minutes on the track. I then did 150 situps. |
