Run a 10K in under 38 minutes Personal: I am a 37 year old Male. I have been married now for over 15 years. I have three kids, all boys. My boys ages are 14, 11 and 7. | 6 miles in 53:30 a 8:56 average. I just ran easy. I was told the people that put an offer on my house had until 6:00pm Tuesday to respond. It turned out they had until 6:00 on Wed to respond. They accepted our counter. I didn't think I would be able to sell my house in 14 day, so now I have to work fast in determining what to do. We have a bid on a house, but it is a short sale and the bank has not accepted the offer yet. I am just wondering what to do. I am trying to move close to Hill Airforce base. |

| 4.5 miles. I was planning on running 12 miles then I got to about 3 miles and there was a small 5K race. I decide to run the race. I run back home and let my wife know. I get to the race and sign up, I then step to a jug of what I think is a sports drink and take one swallow. I know it is not a sports drink. It takes me a few minutes to try to determine what is in the drink. It has orange juice in it. I am allergic to oranges. I demand my money back and go home. |
