I have always enjoyed running and my wife is slowly being converted. While I was going through college I didn't do much running so I am having to teach my leg how to run fast again. Favorite Blogs: |

| I was planning on riding my bike for about an hour. I start riding and about a mile and a quarter the crank of my bike falls off. I end up running the bike home then run three miles. The calf felt ok, but I am not sure how hard to push it. I don't want to pull it again. | Add Comment |

| 4.1 miles in 34:06 I am out of shape. My leg felt pretty good during the run. It was hot, I ran after work. I was planning on biking for about an hour later in the day; however, when I started crapping in my right calf I decided not to. Injurings suck. |

| Another water workout. Used the Kick bord for 20 minutes, Ran in the water for 20 minutes and then swimmed 20 minuted. Used Back stroke because it is the only stroke I can do without stopping. Swam about 600 yards, I know slow swimmer. | Comments(1) |

| Another day of crosstraining I was trying to decide if I was going to ride my bike or do a water workout. When my wife pointed out that is was 95 to 100 degrees I decided to do a water workout. Ran in the pool for 20 minutes then swam 1200 yards back stroke on about 40 minutes then ran another 10 minutes. The whole time i am swimming I think the life gard is debating with them self is he drownding. | Comments(1) |
