Run a 10K in under 38 minutes Personal: I am a 37 year old Male. I have been married now for over 15 years. I have three kids, all boys. My boys ages are 14, 11 and 7. I was planning on running 6 800; however, when I got to the track I found a JV football game was being played. When I realized this workout was not possible I decided to make do with what I had. I ran down to a dirt road that I know is about one mile long (acually it is 1.1. This road is pretty flat and has a road is divided in half (about). I would run about a quarter miles between each intervol

| I got up early, for a saturday, and ran 11 miles. The hollow run my legs felt heavy and I wasn't able to run very fast. I was wearing runners pants and a long sleeve shirt with golves.
