Personal:

I am a 37 year old Male.  I have been married now for over 15 years.  I have three kids, all boys.  My boys ages are 14, 11 and 7.  I have always enjoyed running and my wife is slowly being converted.   While I was going through college I didn't do much running so I am having to teach my leg how to run fast again.

6 miles in 45:01.  The first three miles where in 22:45.  The last three miles where in 22:16.  The run felt pretty good, it was the first run in weeks that I haven't had stomic problems.  The course is an out and back course that is more up hill on the way back.

11 miles in 1:23:37.  The legs felt fine.  I looked back to July when I did this run a week before the Northwest Passage Relay, and I have taken a minute off that time.  I hope this means that I am in better shape, and I am ready to run a sub 40 minute 10K.

I got up early, for a saturday, and ran 11 miles.  The hollow run my legs felt heavy and I wasn't able to run very fast.  I was wearing runners pants and a long sleeve shirt with golves.  It was cold when I started.  I ran the 11 in 1:41:03 which is 17 minutes slower than last saturday for the same course.
