Personal:

I am a 37 year old Male.  I have been married now for over 15 years.  I have three kids, all boys.  My boys ages are 14, 11 and 7.  I have always enjoyed running and my wife is slowly being converted.   While I was going through college I didn't do much running so I am having to teach my leg how to run fast again.

9.11 miles in 1:10:13 I averaged a 7:43 mile.  felt pretty good the last mile and a half was on a dirt (mud road) last part was pretty hard.  Major improvement over 3 weeks ago when I ran this course, however it was running that day.

ran 13.1 miles in 1:45:03     I averaged a 8:01 mile.  I ran a loop that was about 6.5 mile twice.   I started out the about 6 oclock.  At 6 oclock there was just a dusting of snow in some spots.  About a mile into the run I noticed it snowing a little.  At about 4.0 mile the snow was coming down pretty good.  As I was finishing the first loop the roads were slick.  By the time I finished the run the snow was comming down in big flakes and I was a snow man.

Ran 6.05 miles in 47:36.  I started out in a relaxed pace about 8:15 pace I was a little surprised when I finished with a 7:52 mile average.

I have a question for anybody?  when I started my blog I choose to just have my current settings.  Slow miles, Fast.  I would like to change to the more advanced setting that contains Marathon pace.  How can I change this setting?

9.110.000.000.009.11

ran 9.11 miles in 1:18:47.  I ran pretty slowly.  I had eaten about 30 minutes before I went running and was afraid of seeing it again.  I have a blister on one of my toes.  I hope this is not a shoe related problem.  If it is they won't work in a marathon
