Run a 10K in under 38 minutes Personal: I am a 37 year old Male. I have been married now for over 15 years. I have three kids, all boys. My boys ages are 14, 11 and 7. | 7.5 miles in about 1:06 a 8:48 mile. My plantar fasciitis is feeling a little better. The 8:40 miles felt hard. When I got done I used a roller on my feet and iced them. I feel ashamed of the pace I am running and I am sore after. This is sad. |

| 7.5 miles around town I forgot to charge the garmin. The run was untimed but it felt like I was able to run OK. |
