Personal:

I am a 33 year old Male.  I have been married now for over 10 years.  I have three kids, all boys.  My boys ages are 9, 7 and 2.  I have always enjoyed running and my wife is slowly being converted.   While I was going through college I didn't do much running so I am having to teach my leg how to run fast again.
